Mission and main objectives:
The mission of the Service Marketing is to provide service programs, develop associated business and to improve the Service Retention determined through the Marketor Survey.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Adapt service offerings to the region and coordinate service policy implementation
- Report and control status of service programs and customer retention
- Manage extended warranty and service contracts
- Manage local insurance program
- Roll-out and coordinate the Nissan Europe Service Retail Programs (eg. Nissan Rapid Service program)
Background and experience (years):
-Strong experience of minimum 3 years in the automotive industry, preferably in After Sales Marketing
Specific technical skills:
Technical background is a PLUS!
English: Fluent
